Dignity, Comfort and Connection

We Show Up Consistently and Kindly

Providing Footwear and Support for a Fresh Start

Most homeless people lack decent footwear and regular foot care. To make matters worse, they tend to walk everywhere in all kinds of weather. In Hartford, CT, we are changing this dynamic.

Our footwear also helps homeless people secure jobs. The cost of footwear required in certain industries is a challenge to employment. We help our clients by providing steel-toed boots, non-slip kitchen shoes, and dress footwear for work in construction, warehouses, landscaping, culinary services, and offices.

Working with HPD Officer Jim Barrett, we also provide other basic need items, including clothing, underwear, socks, bus tickets and nonperishable food at our outreach site with at South Church, 277 Main St., Hartford, CT.
